Fish Oil Omega 3

Aussia Vitamin E Fish Oil 1000 is made from natural vitamin E and cold-water salmons in the Tasmania Sea. Fish oils are high in omega-3 fatty acids including DHA and EPA, but they cannot be manufactured in the body, and have to be obtained from foods or food supplements.DHA can be synthesized in the body from EPA. DHA is a structural component in the cell membranes, particularly in nervous tissues of the brain, and plays an important role in the synapses and visual cells of the retina.

Omega-3 fatty acids in fish oils can increase the concentration of good cholesterol in the blood like high density lipoproteins (HDL) while reducing the concentration of bad cholesterol like Triglycerides (LDL). They can also lower the total cholesterol level, and reduce blood pressure and platelet aggregation. Omega-3 fatty acids can exercise a preventive effect on the development of cardiovascular diseases like heart attacks, strokes, et al. The Eskimos in north Europe and the Japanese along the coast have very low level of serum triglycerides, total cholesterol and high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol owe a lot to the foods they eat which are high in Omega-3 fatty acids.

Omega-3 can also alleviate arthritis, improve immunity, and alleviate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and painful periods.

With the addition of Vitamin E, Omega-3 not only promotes normal growth and development, improve immunity, fight against aging, and prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer, it also works as a stabilizer to prevent the decomposition of fish oils. This is very important since without Vitamin E in fish oils, the actives Omega-3 can be destroyed by the oxidation.
